When you contact us via the contact form, phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, personal data such as your name, phone number, e-mail address and message content may be processed.

The personal data collected is processed to evaluate your request, get in touch with you, prepare a service offer, and manage the customer relationship.

4. Transfer of personal data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties or transferred abroad unless required by law.

5. Collection method and legal basis

Your personal data is collected electronically through channels such as the website contact form, WhatsApp, phone and e-mail, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the data controller's legitimate interest.

• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the law,
• Request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
• Object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

To exercise the rights above, you can send a written request to info@alinahavuzculuk.com. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
